    Hi, I purchased my loaded Wichita April 23, 2017. I have used it a lot in the last year, burnt through two fireplace cords of oak!
    Cooked 8 full briskets, dozens of pork butts , seven turkeys , probably 30 racks of ribs and more chicken than I care to count. As well as side dishes such as macaroni and cheese, beans , bacon wrapped everything, sausage and more. It took a little figuring out, but I think I have it mastered now. I have had parties for over hundred people and everyone is amazed at the flavor this thing produces. It is a hands-on cooker, have to do stuff all the time. But in my opinion well worth the effort. Excellent product I would recommend it to anyone that loves great barbecue and doesn’t mind the work.
